Mariachi at the Old Statehouse Museum of Arkansas:

This bloke just joined the mariachi without asking. They were good sports about it. And he wasn't as horrible as one would imagine:

It's been awhile since I've done two wine bottle furoshiki:
The other evening, Blair, Sara & I were stopped at the train tracks by a fella with a lantern. You could see a train approaching slowly. He hopped the train as it passed by. We watched the cars go by. I was too slow to pull out my camera to capture some of the best graffiti any of us have ever seen. It was one of those 'you had to be there' experiences and we felt like we were at the right place at the right time. The train looks great with the headlights on it:
We went to the AR State Fair again for lunch yesterday. Tater twisters? They're ok, but I'd pass. Beef Sundae? Not bad. Try it once and then move on forever. Fried pecan pie? OK!

Here we go:
Last night, I forced myself to sit in here for a spell:

These are great. Jim is a BIG FAN of the hot beef sundae. I stick to corn dogs and funnel cakes, personally. :)
Ai Lein--What is the stuff you put in your bath water? I bet it's good for ya...
Nicole: FRIED OREOS. Amazing. But, hell yeah on the corn dogs! And lemonade!
Carrie: I'm a LUSH product junky. That's a bath bomb called 'sex bomb'. It smells so good, is pretty, and moisturizes. Recommended.
LUSH--I can find those products at Drug Emporium? Or somewhere else?
Also, do you have any more info on the Mariachi band? Was that a random encounter with them at the Statehouse? I'm looking to hire one for a night in the near future.
For Little Rockers, you have to order LUSH products online:

There used to be a shop in Memphis; I'd go there and load up. I plan on it when I go to New Orleans soon.
That mariachi band was hired by the Old Statehouse Museum for their Dia de los Muertos event that evening. I have no idea how to find or hire them. But, they were pretty good!
Ok. Thank you for the LUSH info. Ahhh...I missed Dia de los Muertos.
Officially, Dia de los Muertos is Nov 1 and 2.
